When a message is sent to a User's email or as a text, can the User reply to the message or are all the messages "No Reply"? Does the User need to open VirtualCallboard and reply to the message there?

If the User tries to reply to a VirtualCallboard-platform email, the reply will go to the email address that the sender has in the system. The reply does not go back to your VirtualCallboard. This applies to Call Notifications, Notes, File-Share Notifications, and Discussion Notifications.

If a User is participating in a Discussion, he/she should log in and reply to the Discussion there. 

We do not currently have a way to redistribute replies to the TXT/SMS messages, so people shouldn't reply to them in text format.
