Managing User's Production assignments

Manager (L3) or Administrator (L4) can manger the Production assignments of their Users either by assigning multiple Users to a single Production or by adding a single User to multiple Productions. 

To Manage Users on a single Production

  1. Go to Administration > Production Administration .
  2. Click the Manage Users button next to the name of the Production for which you would like to edit the users. A modal will open.
  3. Select a name from the list of Active Users.
  4. Tab over and enter the "Title" or "Position" the individual should have for that Production.
  5. Tab over and select the the Department to which he/she should be assigned. A Department can be added or edited by clicking the icon, if need be. 
  6. Click the Add User button.
  7. Repeat the process to add additional Users.


To a add or edit Multiple Productions for a single User

  1. Go to Administration > User Administration 
  2. Click the Edit button next to the User you would like manage.
  3. Scroll down to Active Productions.
  4. Select a Production from the drop-down menu.
  5. Tab over and enter the Title or Position the individual should have for this Production.
  6. Tab over and select the the Department to which he/she should be assigned. A Department can be added or edited by clicking the icon, if need be. 
  7. Click the Add User button.
  8. Repeat the process to add additional Productions to a User.
