2) Click Edit to open an edit window with the possible items to bulk edit
3) Select the fields that you want to edit (Only the selected fields will have an option to change the information)
4) Click Save, You get a message to confirm that All changes will override the fields on ALL selected Items

As a Category manager: I would like to be able to extend the item’s “Need Until date” to a different date. This would let me prevent leaving an item in an “Over Due” state.

When I am viewing the current week on the Week or Week (List) view, I would like to see the current day of the week shaded or some other indicator.0 votes
On the VirturalCallboard Month view, we support highlighting. The day of the week that is in focus in the date picker is the day that is shaded in the calendar.
—If “Today” is selected, “Today” will be highlighted.
—If you choose any other day, that day will be highlighted.
***This helps the user know where they are working. When adding a call or a conflict, the date selected in the picker is the default date for the new item being created.
Would you prefer that the focused date in the week views be:
1) Shade the current date “Today”. This way there is no shaded day if you are viewing a week other than this week?
2) Shade the day that is currently selected in the date picker?
Ability to export all calls in a schedule to excel to supply dates and times to make facilities reservations.
I would like to export all calls to excel so that I can quickly generate a list of all rehearsals/show times/dates to make sure that our facilities are reserved correctly.1 vote
Are you just wanting a list/table view of a range of calls?
It would be great if completed reservations didn't disappear and stayed in a new 'history' tab so we can look at them to track trends.1 vote

Or are you wanting to see it in a list format somewhere else?
When looking inside a reservation it would be ideal to have a copy of the Search and Check Out module underneath, that ONLY showed items available during the reservation I'm looking at.1 vote

Workers frequently need to find someone to cover their shifts. They text, email, and use Callboard's communication function to find someone.
Some people will report who is covering, some won't, and others can't find a replacement and assume that I am working on it.
Idea: an option on a worker's call that allows them to post the shift as open. And then if someone takes it, they can accept it like an open call.0 votes

Similar to how you select a Barcode Option for your items, we should be able to select an ID code format: (Alpha, Alphanumeric, Numeric) so that when we are strictly using Numeric, the item ID's can sort correctly in List View.1 vote
We are looking into adding the ability to set each category as its own ID list.

Using the "send schedules" button, it would be helpful if we could choose to send out a list of open calls, not just closed calls. Currently, if you use the "send schedule" function, you can only send out closed calls. I use this site for event staffing and it would be helpful to send out a list of open calls that haven't been covered yet.1 vote

Make it so that when you are building a call and are at the list of people to add to the call, put a mark on each person indicating if they are available for the entire time selected. As simple as a red or green dot next to their name based on the already selected dates and times. Then you could see the usual detail when you selected "Find Available Users".3 votes
