To avoid repetition, the provision of a "family tree of hierarchy " for the production that interactively searches the User data and allows the selected Devils to be posted on the "Tree". If selected as a Home page, the user could use it to tap/click-to-message person(s) swipe a particular person to see their schedule, contact details etc, tap to dial a number, review their profile etc. Just pictographing yet an otherwise arduous task of trawling through the contacts to see who the Producers are, or the Company Physio etc. All levels can click to add/delete and hovering over the HoDs can reveal the rest of the staff under that person. Tap to text, using the SMS facility within VCB: set as to whether your box can flash or not to show you have new information to read since your last log-in. Maybe the desktop wallpaper is a CCTV feed of the show relay? Blah blah. Possibilities are endless... I could go on forever.... But maybe not now!

There should be the ability to add fillable pdf's that upon log-in to your account, the administrator can make it mandatory that the form be completed and submitted. Example: The SM has now created the photo release and needs everyone to sign in, so as opposed to printing 50 copies, he/she posts it to the callboard and the next time anyone logs in, they will be asked to complete it then and there with a digital signature.7 votes

As an Admin, I want to be able to determine (pick and choose) the info that is shown on the Card view. Some options are:
-Quantity Available #/# (similar to the detail view)
Color coding of the items would be similar to the way "Call Types" are color coded in the schedule views.
Idea #1: Add the ability to set a Color code for each category. This would allow users to quickly identify the category each of the items were assigned.
Idea #2 Add the ability to set a Color code for each Main Space. This would allow users to quickly identify the Room each of the items were located.1 vote

Respond/Reply to Reports: Adding the ability to in-line reply to a specific department on a specific report
This will allow the side conversations to be captured in reports/VCB.11 votes
We have prioritized this work for our developers.
We plan to enable threaded comments at the field level of reports. This would drive the conversation back into the app/site to follow up on report elements.
The comments would also show on the individual field history view of the report, so you could easily track a department over time, along with the comments associated with that department.
As a manager I would like more flexibility when adding Fields to my reports:
-The ability to choose the width of the fields you use
--full width (single column)
--two fields side by side (two columns)
-Be able to alternate the fields, by rows (single row, double row, single row, etc.)
-The ability to add as many rows of fields as you need (currently some users don't have enough fields)1 vote
We are looking for feedback from current users to help define the desired needs of custom fields.
Add a Calendar to the Dashboard that bolds the dates that the user has scheduled Conflicts and Calls
Things we are considering:
-Display the current month on the dashboard
-Shade out the days that have passed
-Bold the days that have Calls and Calls that the user is scheduled for
-Put a box around the current day's date, or fill the box with blue (similar to what we do with the current schedules, calendar picker
-Each day's date links to that day.
-Have the ability to change the month shown: <Previous< & >Next>5 votes
We are still looking for feedback from current users. We have listed several thoughts about how this task might be accomplished, and and we are waiting for user response.
Once we get some feedback back from some users we will be able to determine how we will proceed. At this point there has not been much interest in this enhancement.
We look forward to hearing from the users on how they would like a feature like this to work.
As an Administrator, I would like the option to add date fields to the user profile page.
- Birthdate (Birthday)
- Hire/Start date
-These fields should be Site Optional (Admins decide if they want them)
-Admins need the option to set these fields as required or optional.
-The admin should be able to lock these fields so the User can't change it (hire/start date).
-Need the ability to set this info as Private (managers, admins and the user can see it); maybe only the user and Admins can see it.1 vote

As a Manager or Admin, I would like the ability to upload a single file to multiple Productions. I would like to be able to pick the productions that I share it with, not just share it with "All Productions."
Currently when share with "All Productions" the file is shared with All current, and future productions. This is not the option I am looking for.1 vote
