It would be very helpful to be able to add a user to multiple groups at once, such as having the function to add to groups from a users profile. Maybe have a tab with the groups list that can be checked off.1 vote
Suggestion: Be Consistent in the filtering methods. For example in user administration the Table sorts last name then first name, but the Card view sorts by first name. Also when in a profile, allow admin/managers the ability to select edit user profile and select a different user from a listing instead of having to go to administration>user1 vote
It would be nice if the user account could be tied to an external account - SSO/OAUTH type thing. Let them log in with their Google or Facebook account for example. That could make registration easier and be one less password for someone to manage.1 vote
When Resetting a user's password, the system should disengage the "Keep me logged in " setting. We need to make sure people are not getting trapped with the new password.0 votes

Add the ability (for a user with the add/assign permissions) to see what a Permission level can do from the assignment area. So the user doesn't have to edit the Type. It would be good to see the list of the tasks the role can do.1 vote
When adding a new user, have the system search for existing users. This will help prevent adding a user twice. This should use the same logic that is used when adding users via CSV.1 vote

We are looking into the best way to track users updates/confirming their info.
There needs to be a way to merge or delete users that have accidentally been added to the system twice.
If I accidentally add a user to the system twice, there is no way to get rid of the second un wanted user. I would like the ability to merge one of the profiles with the other one, that way there is only one profile.1 vote
This is something we are considering.
Need the ability to view and edit deactivated users info. Often times I receive a new address for a previous user, that we may use in the future. It would be helpful if we could update their contact info, without reactivating them.
I think there should be a second data table that lists all of the Deactivated users. (Do away with the current Reactivated workflow.1 vote
It would be great to see when a user was created: Date and Time. I think the information should be listed on the User's profile page, under the "Last Login" information.

Currently there is only a [Save} button on the profile edit page. The user must click on the Administration navigation bar to exit the user's profile.
-To improve workflow, add two new buttons:
[Save] [Save and Return to List] [Cancel]
-The [Save] button should remain the primary option with the blue fill color.The other options should have the typical gray fill color.0 votes

Convert the user Admin Page to use the Icon/Drop-down. This is similar to Production Administration.
As an Administrator, I would like the option to add date fields to the user profile page.
- Birthdate (Birthday)
- Hire/Start date
-These fields should be Site Optional (Admins decide if they want them)
-Admins need the option to set these fields as required or optional.
-The admin should be able to lock these fields so the User can't change it (hire/start date).
-Need the ability to set this info as Private (managers, admins and the user can see it); maybe only the user and Admins can see it.1 vote
As a Manager/Admin, I would like a button on the "User Profile" page that allows me to save a change move to the next User in the list.
This would be especially when you have number of people returning; and you need to assign everyone to new productions and roles.1 vote
