As a site Admin, I would like an administration page that allows me to see and manage the entire list of all of the Site's Description tags.
-Show all of the Tags in a list form
-Have a listing of all of the number of items that use each tag.
-Clicking on a tag, take the user to the search view page with all of the common items on it.
-There needs to be a way to remove a descriptive tag from the system1 vote
Please make comments and let us know if this is important to your organization.
1) Select the desired items by checking the box next to them in the List view
2) Click Edit to open an edit window with the possible items to bulk edit
3) Select the fields that you want to edit (Only the selected fields will have an option to change the information)
4) Click Save, You get a message to confirm that All changes will override the fields on ALL selected Items
5) Click Confirm to Save0 votes
Would be great to edit Check outs as needed to extend due dates when needed.2 votes
As a Category manager: I would like to be able to extend the item’s “Need Until date” to a different date. This would let me prevent leaving an item in an “Over Due” state.
Is this what you are hoping for?
When I am viewing the current week on the Week or Week (List) view, I would like to see the current day of the week shaded or some other indicator.0 votes
On the VirturalCallboard Month view, we support highlighting. The day of the week that is in focus in the date picker is the day that is shaded in the calendar.
—If “Today” is selected, “Today” will be highlighted.
—If you choose any other day, that day will be highlighted.
***This helps the user know where they are working. When adding a call or a conflict, the date selected in the picker is the default date for the new item being created.
Would you prefer that the focused date in the week views be:
1) Shade the current date “Today”. This way there is no shaded day if you are viewing a week other than this week?
2) Shade the day that is currently selected in the date picker?
Ability to export all calls in a schedule to excel to supply dates and times to make facilities reservations.
I would like to export all calls to excel so that I can quickly generate a list of all rehearsals/show times/dates to make sure that our facilities are reserved correctly.1 vote
Are you just wanting a list/table view of a range of calls?
It would be great if completed reservations didn't disappear and stayed in a new 'history' tab so we can look at them to track trends.1 vote
Are you hoping to just see the reservation information on the item’s detail page?
Or are you wanting to see it in a list format somewhere else?
When looking inside a reservation it would be ideal to have a copy of the Search and Check Out module underneath, that ONLY showed items available during the reservation I'm looking at.1 vote
Is the desire to be able to search for items that are available during the specific time frame?
I would like to see an "Edit Reservation" button when I'm already looking inside a reservation.1 vote

Add a new VirtualCallboard Production Permission: Control who can send notes to All users in their productions.
Radio button options:
( ) Send notes only through Message to Manager
( ) Send notes to any user in my Production.0 votes
Allow editing of call name, time, place etc and adding and removing of users to call to be independent.1 vote
If you edit a call, the “Assigned Users” do not change. Even with Open Calls, the site remembers the users that wers invited, and if the accepted/were signed up for the call.
Is there something else you are looking for? If so, can we get more details?
This listing would list ID number, Name, Quantity, Category, Replacement value, date acquired, and maybe the location.0 votesgathering feedback · 0 comments · StageStock Item Management · Flag idea as inappropriate… · Admin →
Discussion: Add a VirtualCallboard-Production permission option to prevent the user from replying to a Discussion they are a part of
This would be a "Read Only" type of user.0 votes
Notes: Add a VirtualCallboard-Production permission option to prevent the user from sending a Note on the Notes & Email
This would allow the site admin to regulate which users (by Production) can send notes to general users.
All users would still have access to the [Message to Manager] button on the dashboard.0 votes
Create a special type of item "consumable". This type of item would have the ability to be "stock' and "pull' specific quantities from the items. It would be different from checking out.
This would be things like earplugs, screws, gels, etc. The quantity going out is not necessarily intended to be returned. It will, however, be restocked with new. There should be a cost value recorded when it is stocked, and the option to count the cost going out.4 votes
Please let us know if this is a feature you would use; and how specifically you would want it to function.
Add Ability to Advanced Search items by date added1 vote
Are you looking for a date picker search or a column in the table that would allow you to sort by dates?
As a manager, I would like to edit the reservations of multiple items at the same time.1 vote
Do you think that this would this be similar to editing all of the items in a “Reservation Cart/Basket”?
As a manager, there should be a way to change which calls types show up automatically when I look at the schedule. For example, I would like the default view of the schedule to not contain my crew's conflicts. When there are a lot of conflicts, it takes a while for them to load. I have to wait for the conflicts to load and then I can turn them off, but it would be nice if they didn't have to load in the first place.1 vote
It would be nice if the user account could be tied to an external account - SSO/OAUTH type thing. Let them log in with their Google or Facebook account for example. That could make registration easier and be one less password for someone to manage.1 vote
Because we don't want people in rehearsal checking their phones for the next call is there a way to have the printed version of a daily call formatted to take up fewer pages?2 votes
1) Are you looking for more of a list view?
2) What data would you like to be listed?
