This is something new we are hoping to offer in the future.
Add the ability for assigned users to "Request" a reservation.
-Automatically check the quantity availability during the desired duration of the dates of checkout.
-Requesting the Item, sets the item(s) as "Reservation Pending" -this means the item(s) is NOT available during the specified period of time.
-The Category's manager(s) should receive notification of the request.
-The Manager can then approve or deny the request.
--"Approved" Reserves the item(s) and notifies the requester.
--"Denied" notifies the requester and makes the item available during the requested time.1 vote

This is a new system that we are developing. It will work with VirtualCallboard, or could stand alone.
When adding a new user, have the system search for existing users. This will help prevent adding a user twice. This should use the same logic that is used when adding users via CSV.1 vote
Add site option for attendance:
When I enter the attendance, I want the system to automatically email sent user that was not on time, or marked Left Early.

Allow a configurable parameter in the Report Settings, that allows the admin to select whether the report goes to everyone using BCC or TO field.
If TO, reply to All will work.
This would be the easiest way to do this.
Something to consider is: these side conversations will not be captured in reports/VCB.11 votes

In the Card Format of User production, there are weird gaps in the formatting. It would be nice to also be able to have a printer friendly version of it to give out to people.2 votes

When adding or removing users from an existing call, it would be helpful to be able to notify the specific user(s) and not the entire call
As a Manager: When I add a user to an existing user to an existing rehearsal, I want to send a notification just to them. "You have been scheduled for..."
As a Manager: When I remove a user from an existing rehearsal, I want to send them a notification that they where removed from that rehearsal. "You have been removed from the scheduled ..."18 votes
With the launch of our app, we are now planning to refactor how notifications work. In this refactoring, you will have the opportunity to send notifications to everyone or only to added or removed attendees.
