Create a view of the schedule that shows a filterable list of the calls for a range of days. Similar to a data table.

We are working on 3 work items that will improve this:
1. Reduce the amount of screen real estate the filters take. We are working on implementing a redesign of these.
2. Remove the footer when you’re viewing the schedule. This should recover about an inch of screen real estate from the bottom.
3. Making parts of the schedule that are useful pin as you scroll (such as the time scale on the left side and the users/spaces at the top)
We should be rolling out these changes in the next week or two.

When I am viewing the current week on the Week or Week (List) view, I would like to see the current day of the week shaded or some other indicator.0 votes
On the VirturalCallboard Month view, we support highlighting. The day of the week that is in focus in the date picker is the day that is shaded in the calendar.
—If “Today” is selected, “Today” will be highlighted.
—If you choose any other day, that day will be highlighted.
***This helps the user know where they are working. When adding a call or a conflict, the date selected in the picker is the default date for the new item being created.
Would you prefer that the focused date in the week views be:
1) Shade the current date “Today”. This way there is no shaded day if you are viewing a week other than this week?
2) Shade the day that is currently selected in the date picker?
Workers frequently need to find someone to cover their shifts. They text, email, and use Callboard's communication function to find someone.
Some people will report who is covering, some won't, and others can't find a replacement and assume that I am working on it.
Idea: an option on a worker's call that allows them to post the shift as open. And then if someone takes it, they can accept it like an open call.0 votes
Make it so that when you are building a call and are at the list of people to add to the call, put a mark on each person indicating if they are available for the entire time selected. As simple as a red or green dot next to their name based on the already selected dates and times. Then you could see the usual detail when you selected "Find Available Users".3 votes

Allow editing of call name, time, place etc and adding and removing of users to call to be independent.1 vote
If you edit a call, the “Assigned Users” do not change. Even with Open Calls, the site remembers the users that wers invited, and if the accepted/were signed up for the call.
Is there something else you are looking for? If so, can we get more details?
Create a way for called users to be able to go on their respective callboard account and clock in.7 votes
This item is planned for an upcoming redesign of our attendance feature.
As a manager, there should be a way to change which calls types show up automatically when I look at the schedule. For example, I would like the default view of the schedule to not contain my crew's conflicts. When there are a lot of conflicts, it takes a while for them to load. I have to wait for the conflicts to load and then I can turn them off, but it would be nice if they didn't have to load in the first place.1 vote
Building calls, adding people to existing calls with a different call time, reflect it in the roll sheet.
Say, you have a rehearsal from 6-10. Five actors are called at the top, three more are added at 7:30, the whole cast is called at 8:30. Make this an option within the call, and when you print the roll, it has it all on one page, broken into call times.1 vote
Because we don't want people in rehearsal checking their phones for the next call is there a way to have the printed version of a daily call formatted to take up fewer pages?2 votes

The request we have heard is; as a Manager:
A Manager would like to send out a digest list of specified Users' scheduled Calls. This would be a list of calls for a specific date.
*Would you like the option to "Schedule" the time to email the desired users at a specific time?5 votes
I would like to be able to search for specific items on the schedule so that if they get moved (or I put the wrong date in to start with and then can't find it) they are easy to find and edit.4 votes

The default calendar view shows ALL "Call Types" and "Spaces." If you want to narrow down to specific Calls and/or Spaces, you can adjust the filters. If I want the come back to that search, I will need to reset the filter every time.

Add site option for attendance:
When I enter the attendance, I want the system to automatically email sent user that was not on time, or marked Left Early.
Maybe this is a send notification check box, like on Post discussion Reply.0 votes
